Weight Watchers Caesar Salad 2 Points
Ingredients
1/4 cup low fat mayonnaise
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
10 cups romaine lettuce
30 Caesar croutons
2-1/2 tablespoons shredded or grated Parmesan cheese, divided
Instructions
In a small bowl, combine and stir together the yogurt, mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard and Worcestershire sauceAdd two tablespoons of dressing to your lettuce, 6 croutons, and 1/2 tablespoon of Parmesan cheese
