Keto Wheat Crackers Like Wheat Thins 


Ingredients

1 egg white
1 cup blanched almond flour
2 teaspoons Stevia
1 teaspoon corse salt
1 teaspoon cracked pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder (if desired)


Instructions

Preheat oven to 325℉

In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and stir well

Transfer dough to a cookie sheet lined with parchment/wax paper

Take another sheet a wax paper and cover the dough. Roll flat with a rolling pin until thin and even

Remove waxed paper and sprinkle with additional salt, if desired

Score dough into squares using a pizza cutter or knife (careful not to cut the wax paper)

Bake for 15 minutes or until edges have browned

Let cool and serve with your favorite cream cheese or other spread or dip

Store extras in an airtight container
