And of course, we also have the recipe for Cracker Barrel Country Gravy!

Ingredients:

Sliced turkey breast (pounded thin to 1/4 or 3/8 inches thick)

1 teaspoon Creole seasoning and two pinches of salt

2 eggs

1 tablespoon flour (to mix with the eggs and buttermilk)

1/2 cup buttermilk (it's important to use buttermilk - I do not recommend using regular milk)

1 1/2 cups flour (this is for seasoning your turkey slices)

1 tablespoon garlic salt

1 tablespoon Lawry's seasoning salt

1 tablespoon black pepper

Vegetable oil or any frying oil

Instructions:

Pound your turkey breast thin and season with some Creole seasoning and the salt. Allow to rest 30 to 60 minutes in the refrigerator. Add vegetable oil to skillet and warm on medium high. Mix up your eggs with 1 tablespoon flour and 1/2 cup buttermilk. Stir together the 1 1/2 cups of flour with the garlic salt, seasoned salt and pepper. Double dip and double bread your turkey, then fry for 3 minutes on each side. Serve with your faves like macaroni and cheese, mashed potatoes, green beans, baked beans, and a warm buttery bread roll.
