For this recipe, I grabbed a can of the Pillsbury™ Big & Flaky Crescent Rolls, some pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, some pepperoni, and some oregano.
This is such a fun recipe to make with kids too, as they love making their own homemade pizza! And, just like the flaky biscuits, this crust has flaky layers too, which of course, is so fun to pull apart!
Ingredients
- 1 can Pillsbury™ Big & Flaky Crescent Rolls
- 1 cup pizza sauce 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 25 slices pepperoni Fresh basil or oregano, if desired
Instructions
Heat oven to 375°F. Separate dough into 8 triangles. Place in ungreased 9-inch square pan or 10-inch pie plate; press in bottom and up sides to form crust.
Spoon sauce over dough and sprinkle with basil or oregano if desired and then sprinkle cheese over sauce. Top with pepperoni.
Bake 14 to 17 minutes or until crust is deep golden brown and cheese is melted.
