Keto Low Carb Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie and Recovery Drink
Here's how to make it ...
Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon banana extract
- 10 drops liquid stevia extract
Instructions
Add in all ingredients to a blender and if yours has it, select the smoothie option. Serve and enjoy! Tip: If you like your smoothies like a milkshake, add two cups of ice to the blender, and an extra tablespoon of peanut butter!
