How to make Weight Watchers Cinnamon Rolls


1 cup self-rising flour
1 cup non fat plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
2 tablespoon icing sugar confectionary sugar
2 teaspoons non-fat milk


Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spray with non-stick cooking spray.

Mix yogurt and flour together in a medium bowl until it forms a ball.

Spinkle flour on flat surface and knead, sprinkling extra flour on the surface to keep it from being too sticky.

Roll out dough till it's 12"x10".

In a small bowl, combine the cinnamon and brown sugar and then sprinkle over the flat rolled out dough. 

Roll up dough and slice into 2 equal pieces; slice each piece into 6 'rolls'; this will leave you with 12 altogether.

Place rolls unto the baking sheet and bake for 16-18 minutes.

While rolls are cooling, mix together icing sugar and milk; spread over rolls and top with walnuts. Alternately, you can use this icing.
